The general consensus is : Cheat and don't worry about it. Sad.
Not mentioned here is the number of people restricted to a site also may be to keep the wear and tear on the site to a minimum and give the site a "rest." I know one state park where this is the case. The sites were literally becoming big mud holes.
So go ahead and cheat, put a little extra wear and tear on the site. No one will know except you. Having fun is the most important thing. Be sure to check the rest of the rules to see which ons you don't want to follow.
