Quandry at Yellowstone campground - extra person

People haven't been saying CHEAT. People have been saying it's not an issue for the OP's circumstances".

I also have to disagree that limiting a campsite to 6 persons versus 7 persons at a time is giving the site a "rest". Limiting the amount of time that campsite is in use is giving the site a "rest". How much rest does a campsite get if it is in use for 9 months straight by 1-6 persons versus 1-7 (or 1-8, 1-9, etc.) persons? None - it is still getting all that use.
