If this wasn't so serious it would be really funny. You can't move a horse or cow from state to state in this country without blood test results and you can fly a person from Liberia to this country when ebola is a known problem without blood test results is irresponsible. This isn't about someone lying. Cows and horses can't even talk and they are detected from state to state. These guys in the CDC are idiots.
