Returning to the Quartzite / Borrego Springs problem, do neither of those towns have a private option, a small business that rents mailboxes, accepts packages, etc.?
Private co's vary widely, of vourse. But the one near my S&B is incredibly nice and accommodating. They didn't ask for anything except maybe photo ID, and, with my permission, they will even open my mail and tell me if it's anything good :).
I tried one in another town and the owner said he did not serve people of my race, so, you know, things vary.
For Q, I seem to recall someone on rv.net saying that the hardware store accepts packages for people?
