You Do seem to have a fixation about magic and wands! I'm not able to believe the 22% of the National Budget, instead of 24%, would substantially reduce our ability to defend ourselves?

And that lovely 2% could be used for debt reduction, renewable energy, whatever. Maybe to avoid reducing our Soc Sec payments? I dunno. But I can't see where magic or wands are involved. lol Let's try NOT to get too personal here, OK?
