It's not fixation, it's a description of your post. It's easy to say 2% will fix everything. When in reality it wont. Wave on.
You may have missed the point; The inference is/was, that the amount that we spend for 'alternative/renewable resources, is ludicrous compared to what we spend to 'police' the world.
We spend more on 'Defense' than How Many? of the next largest countries Combined? Either we are being 'overcharged', or they aren't spending much!
So once again: What should we be concerned about?
