I've often wondered what the heck Quartzsite was about and that was a very informative video. I know how much time and effort it takes to put a video like that together and I would call it a very informative, enjoyable production.
As far as critiques - first be true to yourself and keep on making videos because the only way to improve is hours in the cockpit. As it is - I think it's significantly better than many videos I see on youtube (I only use vimeo with when people recommend specific links) because it is to the point, it doesn't unnecessarily drag at parts an has overall good production values. Keep it up!
