I agree with Matt.
For the re-edit it's only constructive to criticize that which can be fixed on this round. I have no problems with camera angles or it's tilt. They are what they are and obviously cannot be changed now. If anyone pays attention to the "modern" tripod free, always moving camera shots.. Like em' or hate em', that is the new standard. The world doesn't like static shots. Seeing the camera car shadow... So? This is a travel log, not a Hollywood epic. Who cares if you see a shadow or a mic boom?
If there is any critique, the narration could be allot more animated and a little more verbose, similar to reading an expressive book to the 1st grade. That's something that can be easily fixed.
Video wise I wouldn't mess with it further. The footage is what it is and is fine.
