Speaking of Quartzsite and steep roads, this is nothing compared to the road up to Guadalupe Peak overlooking Quartzsite to the east. That is a concrete road with groves raked in sideways, and it still takes a 4x4 in compound low to get up there. Its quite a bit steeper than this.
