Quartzsite

just arrived. Wonder if there will be a large influx of people soon. Seems to be a little sparse. We haven't gone out to Plomosa to look though, might be more out there. Sure is hot. Hotter than past years it seems to me.

we were told we could dump at the La Posa South facility (we're doing the free 14 day camping) and we went down there and was promptly told "no!!" lol makes sense though, as if you could use the facilities free, no one would pay to stay there.

We're flying home for Christmas on the 11th and will be back later.

    I noticed the garbage was overflowing. I wonder if that's been picked up yet.

    it's warm :) 80 on Thanksgiving.


    should cool down any time though. Hopefully, to only the high 60's lol

    That figures. I decide to redo the solar and it's warm down there. Last year Honey looked at the cold forecast and said no way in.....

    yep saw a car parked there and the second we got out, he came over and told us we coudln't do it.

    we'll be leaving in 10 lol We're going to fly home for christmas and come back later :)

    yup. Figured that out pretty quick lol goes to show ya don't believe everything everyone tells you.

    I called Blm and they told me nope. Cant do it. Really makes sense. Why would someone pay for it if it was free?

    Pitt Stop, north of I-10 on 95 about a mile on east side of 95. Great place open 24/7. Pretty reasonable in price.
