Thank-you everyone for the helpful replies and adjoining links...It looks like all the sites in the park are first come, first serve this time of year.
It sounds like Ruby's would be the easiest CG to fit into, but I may just unload the toad and check out the loops inside the park first.
I was kind of surprised when RCMAN46 mentioned that the park is still really busy this time of year. I'm hoping that it will be a little less crowded in another week.
