We stayed almost a week at Riverview RV Park in Vidalia, LA. It is on the Mississippi River and Natchez is on the other side. Wonderful place and it has Passport America with no limitations. It is FHU and views of the Mississippi where you can watch the barges go by and the lights on the bridge at night are lovely. You can catch the parkway outside of Natchez. You must see the old Presbyterian Church in Natchez with a fabulous photo exhibit of old Natchez. Go to lower Natchez and learn its history. Tons of beautiful homes to tour and an old cemetery that I never had enough time to walk through. The sunken trace is nearby too. Also, off the parkway is a NPS area where the forgotten town was located and lots of remnants of the town. A lovely old church is at the end of the trail, still in use today. Try a restaurant called the "C...k of the Walk" - ask anyone and you'll learn the history of what it means. The moderator will "bleep" out the C..K.
