Recommendations for camping at Richmond, Va NASCAR race

I'm trying to plan a trip to Richmond, Va for the April race. I'm picking up my new Jayco Jayflight 31qbds next week. Just wondered if anyone had recommendations for which track campground to stay in? Any tips for this track? I've camped at Charlotte, Bristol, Dover and Pocono in TT and TC, so I'm not a newbie at this just don't know this track. Thanks for any help. -Carey

    There are 2 Cg's north of the track on I-95 one of them is across from Kings Dominion Amusement Park, the other is a Travel America, it is quite a bit closer to the track. We have stayed at the Kings Dominion one and it was great. Not sure about the Travel America, we heard its not that great but I guess if your just going for the race you should be ok. We plan on going to the Night Race for Richmond. If you choose the one closest to the track let us know how it is if you would. And Congrat's on the new rig. ... Good Luck and Happy Camping !!!
