Has anyone heard if the oil spill has affected Carpinteria Sb or Rincon or gone down as far south as Ventura ?

Yeah.. It appears to be captured in a bay, so as long as there isnt a pounding N>S swell it should be able to be contained there. Carp has its own leakage, but at least its natural
