Registering our motorhome in Florida
We are Virginia residents but spend about 1/2 the year in Florida. Can we register our Class A motorhome in Florida without becoming Florida residents?

We only spend 5 to 5.5 months in Florida, 3 month or so in our home state (Illinois), and the rest traveling. We don't own property in any state.
That being said, one consideration for registering RV's in Florida is your insurance rates. I would suspect it would be much higher.
