Reserve America Question

If you could, then RA would not be able to get their commission. From my experience, it's one reservation at a time.

Such a bummer, it gets so pricey doing it that way. I'm not really complaining, but maybe I am. :(

We usually spend several days in one spot and branch out from there during the days. That way we only pay one fee for the southern part, one for central and one for north. The Oregon coast really isn't that big that you can't do it that way.

BTW, I don't know if you are planning on Harris Beach, but if so, check to see that they will be open. I read that they will be closed all summer so they can redo the roads, hookups, etc.

Geez A FULL hook up site is only $24 a night, a $8 res fee even for one night only puts the rate at $32 a night.

California charges the same $8 fee and their full hookup sites can be double or triple the Oregon rate.

I do not see the problem - maybe OP should just stay south

I detest RA. Watch out for cancellation and change fees.
In Florida it costs $17 to change or cancel a date. Even for a park that is always full and you cancel months in advance.

We owned and ran a vacation motel for ten years.

Our rule was if we rented out the room you got a full refund.

Yep, one reservation fee per site. Ah well.
