What you need to do is call the parks you are interested in. Being yours has faded decals and lack of shine I seriously doubt you will be able to stay at a park with age restrictions. As mentioned these parks have age restrictions for aesthetic reasons. Most will inspect an older unit and let it in if it is in good condition. Think about the 15 year old Prevost or Newall that is garaged most of the year, they won’t turn those away.
And it really doesn’t have anything to do with being snobbish. These are usually very nice parks that don’t want the homeless moving in.
