Watching the weather, it looks darn cold. Is this one of those years?

last winter was Great in the RGV
climate change... See its still changing.. and always will..
like the FLU.. sometimes they nail it.. sometimes they miss.
this winter.. major cold fronts.. covering over 80 percent of the USA...
Florida, Texas, Arizona.... everyone is getting some "COLD"...
29 yesterday morning... I 69 and I 2 were closed for a time. iced bridges.. no salt trucks.
was in the 70's last week... and 80's expected this coming week.
