Watching the weather, it looks darn cold. Is this one of those years?

The forecast for Bogota, Columbia shows the lows ranging from 45 degrees to 60 degrees over the next few days. Not thirty degrees like some places, but fifteen degrees is a noticeable fluctuation.

Do you have a link for that forecast? I do. This forecast for Bogota shows the lows ranging from 6 to 9 degrees centigrade over the next two weeks. That's about 5 degrees in Fahrenheit.
