Watching the weather, it looks darn cold. Is this one of those years?

Sure. I said, "Weather fluctuates". I should have said in the continental USA and from year to year as well as day to day.

Do the Bing search and you will see 45 degrees Fahrenheit for a low this Saturday and 55 for a low next Saturday. Fluctuation.
It's Colombia with two Os. Maybe that's why I don't see the forecast from the link you posted. I believe the link I posted is correct. Anyway, I never said the weather here doesn't fluctuate. My quote was "The weather doesn't fluctuate much here".
