RGV weather
Watching the weather, it looks darn cold. Is this one of those years?

I agree, the weather fluctuates. You can decide if ten degrees is a little or "much". I really don't care. It fluctuates.
If you want to see a place where the weather does not fluctuate "much", look up Honolulu lows and highs. Plus or minus two degrees over the next two weeks. Honolulu is not in the RGV either.
