DW and I hope to move to the RVG in about September or October. My question is arriving that late how hard will it be to find a decent RV park to get into. We have no experience at this at all any hel...
We are experiencing the RGV for the first time. Formerly went to the Hill Country. Quite a difference. Hill Country which is what many perceive to be "real Texas" with cowboys, cattle, barbecue and open spaces. RGV is crowded, commercial, not very scenic but the weather is warmer, parks are more friendly more like an American version of Mexico. Both have their advantages. The RGV is a bit harder for us to get used to.
