Rincon East or West

Actually, Rincon East is closer to the D-M AFB, but not under the take off or landing flight line.
Rincon West appears to be in the direct flight line of air traffic from Tucson Intn'l Airport, not the base.
Voyager is also nearer to the airpot, than the base, but south east of the airport, instead of northwest of it like Rincon West. Voyager is not far off I-10 on the outer edge of Tucson. Rincon West is near I-19 far west side of Tucson.
