We use the road service that is provided through our truck/RV insurer Wayfarer out of Beaverton Ontario, the insurance carrier is Aviva. Haven't needed to use it yet! I suspect that a number of these plans use third parties to provide the service, and that depending where you are you may have to fend for yourself.
I had a problem with a company vehicle in northern Ontario, called for a tow using the park's radio phone (the only service in that provincial park), told the dispatcher where I was and got a long pause on the phone followed by "we don't have a service there". The local Ford dealer looked after me and I was reimbursed for the cost.
