I've had Coach-Net for years and been very happy. The only time I used it was at home and for my car, not RV. during last nasty winter, wouldn't start one day. Many wouldn't, including neighbours. He called CAA and was told the wait was over an hour. Called Coach-Net and they had someone at the car in 10 minutes. Off to work while the neighbour still waited.
Don't use CAA. First, CAA/RV is somewhere around triple the cost of Coach-Net. Second, there are some states where AAA does not service. Thus, if you travel there and experience a problem, CAA isn't going to be able to help you - you'll be on your own to find a service provider. I believe you can get refunded, but if you're someplace that you don't know, how you going to go around and find a tow if you need one? Coach-net for your peace of mind and your wallet.
