Rodman Campground near Palatka FL

Nice little campground. Great bath houses. The town of Palatka is just 10 miles up the road and anything you might need is there.
There is no camp store, the mail doesn't even come here, and if you have AT&T cell phones forget it. Even my Verizon service is spotty, and forget data on your phone, Oddly, if I tether to my laptop as I am now I can do whatever.
The lady in the couple traveling with us is losing her mind. Funny to watch. Oh yeah, she has AT&T.

I googled it It looks really nice - and not to far from me. What kind of hookups are there?

The RV sites are water and electric only...
  • We stayed at Rodman CG last winter and our AT&T hotspot worked much better than our Verizon hotspot and phones. A few miles down the road at Salt Springs Recreation Area, our Verizon hotspot and phones were much better than our AT&T hotspot. We're at Salt Springs right now again with good Verizon service, and we'll be at Rodman next week, so it'll be interesting to see what happens. We were on the Phase 1 loop last year, and we'll be on the Phase 2 loop this year.
  • Water and 15/30/50 with a dual lane dump station as you leave. It also has enough room to turn around and go back to your site if it's a mid stay dump.
And definitely do Corky Bells in Palatka , we were there yesterday. Awesome food at reasonable prices.
Another great place is Lena's on FL40. Lobster rolls for $15.
