I have never encountered such ruder person than the manager of VIP RV Resort in Apache Junction AZ.Has no concept of what customer service is.I was trying to rent a RV Storage spot for a very new RV that I just purchased and I was trying to find a safe and clean place for storage. I asked to shown the lot and was told you can drive by it and look at it. I asked again and came up with the same resistance of not wanting to show me the storage lot.She said she has managed the place for 15 years and this was not the place for me because I was asking too many questions about the lot. Kind of makes you wonder if this is a safe and secure place.If anyone knows who actually owns this place I would like to contact them and let them know how the place is truly being managed.

This post makes me wonder? I have read many complaints about parks andcampgrounds, But this is a personal Vendetta against this lady.WHY? was she your landlord? was you evicted from this RV resort for non- paymentof rent. is this a Domestic issue.My Daddy used to say " I smell a Dead Rat"

Unless the storage area had a locked gate, why didn't you drive by and look at it. Not much to check out for a RV storage space. Maybe she was having a bad day or not feeling good. Dick

So a manager wouldn't take time to personally escort you to a storage lot and give you a tour? Probably not a lot of requests for that or it may not have fit into her schedule. Find another one, it's just a parking place.

When I worked at a park with a storage lot, we also told them where it was so they could take a look. We did not show it or escort them. If they wanted a spot there were to come back to the office to fill out the appropriate paperwork. We had to be available for anyone who walked in or called, or wanted to buy ice/ wood, vehicle passes or boat passes. That request would not have been possible for the 1 person on duty in the office.

So why didn't you just go look at the lot without her? What exactly would be the benefit of having someone show you the lot versus checking it out yourself? I'm sure she had much better things to do than showing you an open field where you can store your camper.
