We all went through the working years before spending winters here.
It is nothing extraordinary as far as money is concerned. Anyone working through his/her 20 to 65 years should be able to afford a few months of this relaxing pastime in the south.
Chris, it will be good to see you, after your sabbatical, back again in the Canyon Vistas. You will notice some changes, that is for sure.
