RV park cost - Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon

We snowbirded in the East Valley for 5 winters and stayed home last winter for other duties in our Yacht Club. So we are on a rediscovery month long trip looking at parks again.

I stayed at Golden Village Palms in Hemet, Cococpah in Yuma, are at Val Vista in Mesa now and move to Canyon Vistas in Gold Canyon Saturday for a week.

We have found that rates have gone up a fair amount in the last two winters.

We will most likely return to Canyon Vistas next winter(where we spend 5 winters) for three months, however we will have to set aside more money!

Any other East Valley suggestion we should check out before booking CVRVR? Chris

In the Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon area between $350-$1000 per month plus electric would be a good range.

I know they say if you have to ask you can not afford it. But I have to ask . What kind money are you talking about ? I hope you know that we people still
stuck on the job and still in winter time have to live through you lucky ones
wintering in the sun. Thanks for listing

We just spent a month at Canyon Vistas and the only issue was the terrible WIFI. We liked the location because it was removed from the high traffic areas of Phoenix. Grocery across the street and close to lots of hiking trails.

Mesa Spirit will be just a little cheaper than either Val Vista or Canyon Vistas. Our only problem with Canyon Vistas was it is so far out and away from everything we like do, etc.
