RV Park for musicians, artist, and lovers of the arts?

A group of friends and I have been tossing around the idea of buying/building an RV Park designed to attract musicians, artist, and well... everybody who loves the arts.

We envision having both a small indoor and outdoor venue as well as a building for artist to hang... maybe attached or part of the musicians venue.

We are in our mid to late 50s, play music, and feel it would be a great way to continually meet new friends and players.

Does the idea appeal to anyone?

    Well, bluegrass festivals do well at CGs, or maybe CGs do well with bluegrass festivals however I don't suppose there are many CGs that succeed purely because of Bluegrass.

    I know of 2 CGs that cater to square dancing. Something is on every weekend, which is fine, but does not help them during the week when they are quiet CGs just like everywhere else relying on regular campers or transients passing through.
