Yes, there is. We have stayed there many times when it was a NM state park but haven't been by it in years.
It is just off US 550 northbound but going west there & right after crossing the Rio Grande (not just after but soon) on your right.
It was always pretty nice in the past.
Same exit as for Coronado State Monument.

I've never been to it but have read good reports about Cochiti Lake COE campground, between ABQ & Santa Fe: Cochiti Lake CG
