- dahkotaExplorerIf you go a little further south you can try Wanee Lake Golf and RV Resort.
We just spent 4 nights there. Nice, quiet, PA rates, nice golf course, food if you don't feel like cooking, a clubhouse with a bar and a pool. Very nice friendly owners.
When you leave, you can stop at Carrolls Sausage and Country Store.Really good sausage and bacon. - RGar974417ExplorerHigh Falls State Park is about 40 miles south of Atlanta and just a few miles off the interstate. There are 2 campgrounds but the Riverside Campground is much better for large rigs. They have a choice of back ins of pull throughs. Water and electric and nice bath houses.
- robsouthExplorer IIKOA at Forsyth will meet your needs. Just south of Atlanta and right on I-75. Easy in and easy out. High Falls State Park is close to I-75 as well if you prefer state parks (reservations suggested).
- twobachsExplorerWe're headed for Fort Myers. We went there last year, but went to Destin first. We're looking for a good stop down to FM and the same going back to MI.
- want-a-beExplorerFair Harbor is nice one in Perry that is right off the interstate. All there sites or pull thru.
They use to have a pancake breakfast on Sat. Mornings.
Where are you heading to in Florida. - twobachsExplorerAbout 10-25 miles south of Atanta is what we're looking for.
- IvylogExplorer IIIThere's 400 miles of I-75 in GA. Might want to narrow it down to where in GA.
