Here is Flying Flags RV Resort policy printed at the bottom of my reservation confirmation which required 100% deposit of quoted rate in advance.
"QUOTED RATES: The total shown is an estimate of your balance based on current information. As a courtesy we accept reservations up to a year in advance however rates are subject to change without notice and actual charges will be based on prevailing rates at the time of your stay. Also fees for extra persons or vehicles may not be included since we obtain that information from you upon arrival. We do our very best to honor specific site requests, however we cannot guaranty exact sites. You can always call or check our website for current rate information."
