RV parks do not honor advertised rate when booking?

NEVER have had this situation.

In all the years of camping and 7 yrs. FTng have not had an increase over stated reservation fee.
When we made reservations we printed out confirmation/info and charges on CC.
That info went into our 'camp book/log' that we used for checking in.

Have had increase pricing upon arrival (non reservation) vs printed camp books...but that is usually because printed material was out of date (our fault cause we didn't always have most current issue)
