RV parks do not honor advertised rate when booking?

Over the years I've noticed this at most RV parks. When making a reservation you make it at their current rate for the dates desired. You often make a deposit up to 100%. When arriving you find you...

I don't think very many people would book a year in advance. However, 2-3 months is often necessary at popular areas over peak periods such as holidays.
