RV parks do not honor advertised rate when booking?

Over the years I've noticed this at most RV parks. When making a reservation you make it at their current rate for the dates desired. You often make a deposit up to 100%. When arriving you find you...

What other RV parks are there in Buellton/Solvang, CA? There are no other RV parks there. Would have to drive a ways. Other choice is to simply vacation elsewhere.
