RV Parks in Chattanooga Tn

Need your suggestions for RV Parks in Chattanooga Tn.
  • Heading to Chester Frost in a week...place looks awesome. Thanks for the heads up on that park. Arriving on a Tuesday, so hopefully won't be an issue grabbing a nice site on the water.
  • Chester Frost park, very nice, on water. They don't take reservations, first-come. Also, Harrison Bay State Park is nice and on water. You can make reservations for Harrison Bay at TN State Parks.
  • Holiday Travel Park is nice if you are going to be spending most of your time in town or seeing the local site. I would not want to hang out in the park all day as it is somewhat crowded and the sites are not large. It is very clean and well maintained and the staff is friendly. Note, that they have sprint car races across the interstate on weekends and you would probably hear it.
  • I would suggest Cloudland Canyon State Park in Trenton GA just about 15 minutes away.
  • Did you search this Forum in the RV Parks section for `Chattanooga'?
  • I don't know about Holiday Travel Park, but we have stayed at Raccoon Mountain this year. Honestly, it was crowded, filled with folks who lived there and did not keep up on the trash around their site. Maybe just us, just our 1 time experience, but I would NOT recommend Raccoon Mtn.
  • We stayed at the holiday travel r rv park with full hook up and clean shower house. has a pool and was minutes from lookout mountain and Ruby Falls.
