In the 4 out of 8 years we have spent a major portion of the winters on the Oregon Coast - even in the winter they get booked up on key dates - As I have previously stated May of 2018 is pretty well booked up in even the private parks - do not be fooled by folks who do not have first hand experience on the Oregon coast
