RV parks near Brookings Oregon

We are headed to the Oregon coast just after Labor Day. We usually start at Harris Beach State Park in Brookings but this year it is closed for paving. Do any of you know of any RV park, public or private in Brookings that we should consider as an alternative?

  • Thanks for the help. We made reservations at the state park in Bandon.
  • There is also Alfred Loeb State Park up the Chetco River from Brookings. Water and electricity, showers, and right on the river. They do not take reservations, however.
  • Driftwood is good with 50 amp & some pull throughs. Good location behind Harbor RV. It also looks like Harbor just added more back ins in the back of the park. We don't fish and prefer being closer to the ocean than the river.

X2. We like the 300 row.

Make sure you use a surge protector, the electrical system in the park is questionable. Burned my cord at the trailer while i was away from the park.
