There is some dry camping opportunities near the visitor center and then north of the park at Goosenecks State Park and in the Valley of the Gods area but if you want an RV park, Gouldings is it. That's all Navajo reservation land and there is very little development. BTW, we stayed at Gouldings two years ago and found it very acceptable for our 40' rig. The gas station there is also very big rig friendly.
