Yes, the state parks in Wisconsin book quickly, especially electric spots, so pick your week and get online, it looks like you could be well into August at either state park that is close-ish to the Dells if you are looking to stay a weekend. Again, these offer electric, no water or sewer. Devil's Lake has a lot of sites which you will need to level your rig. Both are very nice parks, and very popular
There are a whole mess of private campgrounds in the area, they range from awful to excellent. A lot of parks are throwbacks to the kitsch of the 60s, and haven't been updated much since. If you elect to go private, do as much research as possible.
