- kalynzooExplorerFlying Flags RV Resort in Beulton/Solvang is a favorite. It is a good 30 to 45 minutes north of Santa Barbara, but a beautiful resort with lots of touristy stuff in the area. South of Santa Barbara is Ventura RV Park. Very nice, Ventura is a nice beach town and you are still 30 to 45 minutes from Santa Barbara.
On the way to Portland stop at 7 Feathers RV Park and Casino. Really lovely park in a beautiful location. There are many parks in the Portland area to choose from. - tpiExplorerI'll add Carpenteria State Beach. Could already be booked.
I second Cachuma, should be something available.
There's a small RV park right off the freeway in Santa Barbara called Sunrise RV park. Not highly reviewed, check out rvparkreviews. Check out google earth. But it may do for some purposes. - Two_HandsExplorerOcean Mesa RV Park just north of Santa Barbara is very nice. Cachuma Lake County park is also a great place to camp. You might check on El Capitan State Beach as well as Refugio, both of which are just north of Santa Barbara, but they are most certainly all reserved already. Have a great trip.
- MarkTwainExplorerHow big and what kind of RV are you towing or driving?
