The head of agencies and secretaries appointed were the ones who used to work for the companies they are supposed to regulate. How many secretaries have resigned for embarrassing scandals and corruptions.

Oh yeah, she probably knows. She spent her entire career fighting the government about public lands, endangered species and wildlife.
In fact her latest client was Bundy who owes the government millions in unpaid pasture leases on public lands that he want to keep as his own and won't permit rangers to go in.
