Actually it's not the same.
Your first link is a blatant propaganda that even has picture of Bernie Sanders as if he has anything to do with Finland. It also made it appear that the whole democratic socialist system of the country when it is a "collapse" as the usual term for a parliamentary system of government when the prime minister has to resign for being unable to pass to parliament their promised program. Similar to Britain when Theresa May had to resign for being unable to pass and get approval of parliament to her Brexit agreement.
The BBC article even mentioned that there are no adverse effect on Finland's economy and other programs.
