That's Sam Houston Jones State Park. They have some sites that are full hookup besides some with just water and electricity. Don't know about reservations for Louisiana State Parks.
Also, Stephen F. Austin State Park west of Houston off IH-10 near Sealy is nice. It has full hookups and is wooded also. You can reserve a camping site in Texas State Parks, but you can't reserve a particular site.
Village Creek State Park north of Beaumont about 10 miles near Lumberton Texas is wooded-doubt that they have full hookups though.
Since this is going to be around a holiday, reservations are definitely recommended.
