Looking at the time frame and distances, Acadiana Campsites in Lafayatte, La. fits the bill except for a waterfront. Shady it is!! Your Class B will be just right there although we've camped there in a 33' MH with no problems. Plus you're in Lafayette which has probably the finest dining in the state. Check your camping directory.
