One thing I would want to do was go to the FOUR CORNERS area not too far from there where they have the round monument and at least get a picture of me with my hands and feet in different states... That would be CO-UT-NM-AZ I reckon...
Ive made the I40 trip across that part of the country many times but only once have I gone up to Santa Fe. I'm always blown away by the desert country. When we lived in the Phoenix Area we used to drive up to Flagstaff AZ area at the WUPATKI Indian Ruins area and in the early evenings with the setting Sun we could see the purple and violet hues start taking BIG effect coming from the Painted Desert to the East. Beautiful site to see and behold...
