One possibility is Riana Campground on Abiquiu Lake, an Army COE property with electric hookups, showers, big sites, seniors pay 50%. Scenic area where Georgia O'Keefe painted. Probably an hour or so away from both cities.
We stayed in all three places, plenty to enjoy. I liked Taos Monte Bello RV Park, plenty of room for bigger rigs than ours.
