The Rereation.gov site says there "currently" no showers or laundry facilities,sounds like there may be at some point in the future, and, while your photo shows a Vault toilet, the site says there are flush toilets. Thanks for the pics.
the vault toilet is actually for the hike and camp sites. There are nice bathrooms with flush toilets and sinks throughout the campground....but no showers nowhere !
