Exactly what type of RV do you have?
Many State and Federal parks lack FHU, infact most Federal parks don't have them. Some states are adding FHU to their parks, Florida is working their way thru their list of parks upgrading them. But other states aren't very concerned about it.
I believe their park system is a money maker for Florida, not the case for many parks especially when they are mismanaged.
